Searching for a hardworking team player with problem-solving skills and a good work ethic to join our team as a maintenance technician! Our ideal candidate has experience in property maintenance areas such as diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues, equipment maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, general grounds maintenance, and minor repairs, among others. Compensation : $22 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
• Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• General maintenance
• Light construction
• Landscaping
• Lawn mowing / lawn care
• Trimming and edging grounds
• Snow removal
• General cleanup of grounds
• Minor HVAC maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing water and sewer line issues
• Light plumbing
• Light painting and carpentry
• Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
• Physical demands include bending, pushing / pulling, lifting / carrying more than 50 lbs.
