This position is responsible for scheduling, directing, and communicating with drivers to ensure on-time service delivery and providing service excellence to all customers, vendors, clients, and employees that require transportation services / assistance at all times.

Accident protocol
Efficiently schedule / reschedule drivers and equipment to ensure proper service delivery monitoring the following : Driver qualifications
Vehicle qualifications
Special requests
Timing
- Monitor all drivers and / or movements to ensure timeliness
- Ensure driver familiarity with movements for proper execution
Create, maintain, and distribute any and all paperwork or tools required for drivers Manifests
Microphones
Signs
Accurately record trip information for accounting purposesMaintain professional working relationship with all employees and customers both internal and externalKeep management informed of incidents that arise pertaining to the OperationPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested by management3. This position requires supervising of other employees such as drivers to enforce company policies regarding safety, service, and conduct n accordance with company handbook.
