Senior Loan Coordinator

Your qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience. Five+ years of experience working in commercial real estate loan operations / administration or a related field. Notary license a plus.

Internal and External Contacts : Extensive external customer, vendors, and prospect contacts. Regular contact with various departments within all divisions of the company, including management.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements : Office environment. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Position will be based in the Philadelphia office with occasional travel to Washington DC required. Position will be hybrid with a minimum four days in office per week.
