Job Description

What You Will Do :

  • Greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and provide prompt, courteous table service throughout their visit.
  • Handle phone orders, schedule reservations, and coordinate amenity deliveries with the kitchen.
  • Process guest payments, reconcile receipts, and report tips for tax purposes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and assigned sections.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies while assisting with guest issues as needed.

    • What We Are Looking For :

  • 6+ months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience preferred.
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and being on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with the Micros point-of-sale system preferred.
