A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Counsel to provide legal support for healthcare transactions and strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support for healthcare M&A transactions, including risk management and due diligence
Advise on the negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements and provide legal recommendations on business ventures
Conduct legal research and monitor industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks
Required Qualifications
J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School
At least 3 years of active legal practice experience; 4+ years preferred
Experience in corporate transactions and contracting is required
Healthcare transactional experience is preferred
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
