Minimum Requirements:

• Complete a fingerprint clearance card.
• Complete a 40-hour training program (conducted by a BACB certificant) based on the RBT Task List.
• Pass the RBT Competency Assessment Reliable transportation (proof of valid driver’s license and auto insurance required) Must be able to travel to multiple work sites, including offices, homes, schools, and other locations in the community.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 35 pounds.
• The position requires physically prompting clients and requires the ability to move quickly from one location to another to support the client and staff.
• In addition, transitioning from a seated position on the floor to standing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, bending, and reaching.
• All employees are expected to follow all safety rules and policies.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Roles and Responsibilities Direct implementation of skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the supervisor.
• Accurately completes all required documentation and data collection daily.
• Complete online billing accordingly to the insurance codes authorized and submit in the specified timeframe.
• Meets regularly with Supervisor and participates in consultations in-person with client and BCBA.
• Attend introductory and ongoing training.
• Communicates in a professional, confidential, and respectful manner with clients, parents, behavior analysts, and other members of the community.
