Cleaner

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Basic Qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, no experience required, and no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. Preferred Qualifications include customer service experience and one year of similar work experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings / facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying the manager concerning the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems, establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors, complying with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities, cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment, moving cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas, cleaning interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees, washing and replacing blinds, gathering and emptying trash, sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow, or performing other incidental seasonal tasks, and wiping and cleaning tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas. Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
