IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our internal systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all internal systems and applications - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems - Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups - Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to technical issues - Train and support end-users on new systems and applications - Document and maintain IT processes and procedures - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role - Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems - Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with healthcare IT systems is a plus If you are a self-starter with a passion for technology and a desire to make a difference in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you!
