Job Description :

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business.

A Day in the Life

• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening / communication to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer's visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.
