Alumni Data Specialist

A company is looking for an Alumni Data Specialist (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement data collection tools to gather information on alumni education and employment

Compile and analyze alumni outcome data to identify trends and prepare summary reports

Recommend and implement process improvements for data integrity and support cross-team data integration efforts

Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Social Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience managing and analyzing data, preferably in a nonprofit or higher education setting

Strong proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and experience with a data management or CRM platform (Salesforce preferred)

Demonstrated ability to clean, analyze, and visualize large data sets
