Field Performance Advisor (FPA)

The Field Performance Advisor (FPA) drives supplier performance and continuous improvement through regular on-site engagement, performance analysis, and consultative support. This role works directly with construction suppliers to identify real-time safety, quality, and productivity gaps, improve crew effectiveness, and optimize processes and tool utilization across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site supplier visits to evaluate safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.
- Analyze performance metrics such as cycle time, close-out accuracy, safety compliance, tool utilization, and customer requirements.
- Identify performance gaps and partner with suppliers to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve construction, safety, and quality issues in real time.
- Plan and prioritize site visits based on supplier KPIs and market needs.
- Collaborate with project, construction, safety, and operational teams to support site execution and delivery.
- Collect and report supplier performance data to support process improvements and standardization.
- Build strong supplier relationships that promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant construction or telecom industry experience.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.Experience managing or influencing contractor and supplier performance.Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable improvements.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.OSHA 30 (telecom) preferred; bachelor’s degree a plus.
