A company is looking for a Senior Incident Manager to lead the management and resolution of production incidents across its cloud operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, triage, escalation, and resolution of incidents to minimize impact
Provide timely communication and coordination with stakeholders during incidents
Develop and improve incident management processes, documentation, and metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in incident management or related roles
Demonstrated experience leading major incident responses in a cloud-based environment
Technical knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
ITIL certification or formal training in IT service management practices (preferred)
