Job Description
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication and workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction activities. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to promote collaboration and productivity.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Superintendent should have : proven expertise in managing public construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle project challenges effectively. Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate diverse teams on-site. Proficient in project management software and tools. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
