We’re looking for a Culinary Manager who is hands on and loves building delicious, well-executed food programs that actually work in a busy market setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting our deli lead for the deli, grab-and-go, and catering programs
Creating, testing, and executing recipes that are flavorful, efficient, and consistent
Keeping the kitchen and prep areas clean, organized, and dialed in
Building systems for prep, production, labeling, and execution
Training, leading, and motivating the culinary team by example
Making sure food looks great, tastes great, and moves well in a fast-paced environment
Collaborating with ownership and store leadership on menus and seasonal ideas

Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in a California, Italian, or Mediterranean-inspired kitchen
Background in deli, prepared foods, or market-style operations
Experience developing grab-and-go and catering menus
