Join University Home Care Inc as a Registered Nurse in Saline, MI, where you'll provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and treatments to patients in their homes according to care plans and physician orders.
Assess patient health conditions and monitor progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Ability to work independently with good organizational and time management skills.

Reliable transportation to visit patients in the community.
