Position Overview :
The Event Assistant plays a key role in planning and executing company events meetings and promotions. This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities :
Support the planning setup and execution of corporate and promotional events
Coordinate logistics including venue setup materials and vendor communication
Maintain event materials and inventory
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
