Compensation & Work Environment
Pay Rate : $32.00 per hour (Paid weekly through Spherion)
Overtime : Opportunities available at $48.00 per hour.
Work Shift & Location Flexibility (Required) : Candidates must be flexible and open to working at one of our three primary client locations on either the 1st or 2nd shift.
Locations : North (Everett Area), Central (Renton and Seattle), South (Auburn - 1st shift only).
Shifts (Possible + / - 1 hour adjustment) :
1st Shift : 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM
2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM
Travel Reimbursement : Mileage reimbursement (currently $0.70 / mile) is provided for qualifying commutes beyond the closest work location.

Deliver comprehensive lesson plans and training materials in accordance with industry standards and educational best practices
Provide both theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with relevant tools and equipment
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of education provided
Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, adhering to all institutional and industry safety protocol
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to teach a variety of aerospace courses.
This role involves providing training in several key areas, including electrical installations, mechanical skills, sealant application, and environmental health and safety.
Working hours : 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills :
Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industry
Manage basic technology to deliver training
Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus but not required
Education : High School
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications :
