Job Title : Computer Vision Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Computer Vision Engineer with expertise in embedded systems and algorithm optimization for real-time embedded applications. This role will serve as a backfill for a team member on sabbatical. The position offers flexibility for remote work with occasional visits to the office.

Responsibilities

• Optimize algorithms for real-time embedded applications on edge devices.
• Develop and enhance algorithms for rendezvous and proximity operations.
• Leverage embedded computer vision experience to support project goals.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in algorithm development for computer vision and embedded systems.
• Experience with OpenCV.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in computer vision (experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, military, or space is applicable).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC), focusing on navigation.
• Experience with rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO) using various types of imagery inputs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $120.00 / hr.
