About the Role :

Experienced Roofing Foreman! In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering top-notch roofing solutions while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Bring your expertise and passion for roofing to a company that values craftsmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily roofing operations and manage project timelines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of roofers, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of roofing experience, with a focus on residential projects.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a crew.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
