You will start by working with our Finance Operations and Accounting team to identify systems inefficiencies and apply AI models (e.g. predictive analytics, machine learning) to streamline workflows and improve outcomes that can be applied across our company. We’re looking for someone who is curious, driven, and tech-savvy to join our growing company. This is a hybrid role in our Dallas, TX office which requires a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities may include :

• Analyze complex structured and unstructured data to uncover insights that inform business strategy and decision-making
• Collaborate with department heads to align AI solutions with business goals and change management efforts
• Using our existing data and systems, including our Vendor Management Solution and Accounting systems, to put automation into place
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered tools and dashboards that support internal teams
• Stay up to date with the latest AI research and advancements and bring innovative ideas to the table
• Audit and Analyze existing workflows across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, Customer Success) to identify time-consuming or repetitive tasks
• Propose AI Solutions tailored to each department's needs—such as intelligent document processing, task automation, or predictive analytics
• Measure and Report on efficiency gains, time reductions of AI-driven solutions
• Ensure Ethical Use of AI, including data privacy compliance and bias mitigation
• Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and handoff of AI systems
