Accounting Lead

A company is looking for an Accounting Lead to manage core accounting processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Own the entire monthly close process and maintain the digital asset subledger

Oversee the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition schedules

Prepare workpapers for financial audits and tax filings while driving automation improvements

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of accounting experience, preferably a mix of public accounting and industry

Strong understanding of accrual accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting (ASC 606, GAAP)

Experience with period end close processes and proficiency in Google Suite and accounting ERPs

Ability to operate in ambiguity with strong ownership and accountability

Strong analytical skills and experience in cross-functional partnerships
