Beverage Server

Position Summary :

As a Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in providing positive guest interactions by preparing and serving a variety of drinks in a friendly and efficient manner. You will follow standard recipes, mix ingredients, and prepare cocktails while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Join us to enhance our guests' experience!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet guests and take beverage orders, whether from servers or directly from customers.
• Prepare beverage orders promptly and accurately based on server tickets.
• Expertly mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, in line with company standards.
• Verify guests' identification to ensure legal drinking age and report any underage or intoxicated guests to management.
• Process all drink and food orders through the POS system, handle payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Keep the bar area stocked with necessary tools and products, reporting any equipment issues immediately.
• Serve food items to guests seated at the bar when appropriate or upon request.
• Showcase a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menus and promotions.
• Engage in routine cleaning and organization of the bar, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
• Wash and sterilize glassware while creating an attractive display of beverage products.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks as required.
• Participate in scheduled catering events as needed.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by a supervisor.
