Receptionist Position

We are looking for a dedicated receptionist for a three-month contract position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk tasks and assisting with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a legal office environment and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
• Create and maintain new files in their database, MyCase, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Assist with paperwork processing, including handling digital documentation efficiently.
• Respond to common questions from clients, providing clear and consistent information.
• Support legal assistants with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
• Collaborate with on-site team members, including paralegals and legal assistants.
