PURPOSE:
Administers all aspects of the Company’s contracts program by performing the following duties personally and/or through in-house counsel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist legal department with customer, subcontractor, inventory vendor and temporary labor contract records management.
- Process subcontractor, inventory vendor and temporary labor compliance verification. Correspond with insurance company(ies) as needed to validate vendors and subcontractor’s insurance coverage.
- Assist with gathering/compiling Company records.
- Process department invoices for payment.
- Manage the department’s field support email accounts.
- Return legal department customer service phone line calls.
- Support the legal department wage and hour compliance program
- Various administrative tasks based upon department needs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certification preferred.
- Experience with contract administration required.
