Data Scientist

We're looking for a Marketing Data Scientist to drive actionable insights across our marketing and product organizations. In this role, you'll analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and growth funnels to influence strategy and optimize marketing investments. You'll partner crossfunctionally with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to define success metrics, run experiments, and build scalable measurement frameworks.

• What You'll Do
• Analyze marketing campaigns, audience behavior, and funnel performance
• Define and monitor key KPIs that guide marketing strategy and investment decisions
• Design and evaluate A / B tests and other experiments
• Build automated datasets, dashboards, and analytical workflows
• Leverage AI / LLM tools to improve segmentation, insights, and marketing efficiency
• Communicate findings and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders
• What We're Looking For
• Strong experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or product analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with experimentation, causal inference, or attribution modeling
• Handson exposure to AI / LLM tools for analysis or workflow automation
• Excellent communication and business insight

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00 / hr.
