Description of the job, responsibilities and duties :
The Customer Service Associate (Driver Helper) will assist the driver in catering aircraft and transporting meals / beverage / equipment to assigned flights. They will help provide excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact / communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Guiding drivers on and off aircraft
- Lower stabilizer and raising stabilizer for drivers
- Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities.
- Comply with all work rules and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under extreme
- Must be willing to work in a stressful, time oriented work environment.
- Comply with all work rules and regulations.
- Must be able to carry and lift 50+ Ibs.
- Must be able to push / pull up to 50+ Ibs. for 500 ft.
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours.
- Must be able to walk / stoop / bend / stand for entire work shift.
- Must be able to use fingers / hands to handle equipment.
- Must be able to work in a high stress environment with changing priorities.
