United Talent is currently seeking a n Insurance Producer for a company in Lexington, KY!

Job Responsibilities :

  • Taking the helm in driving client relationships and building / maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust while delivering unparalleled service.
  • Engage with potential clients, providing them with insights into various insurance products and services that fit their needs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client communication professionally and effectively
  • Customize insurance plans to accommodate the unique risk profiles and coverage needs of each client.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within client portfolios to enhance client value.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offers to provide clients with informed recommendations
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Pay and shift : Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, Starting pay is based on experience.

Requirements :

  • Licensing : Must possess an active Kentucky Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one.
  • Sales Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field required.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-Focused : Dedicated to achieving outstanding client satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Technology Skills : Proficiency in using CRM software and various digital communication tools.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in both remote and in-office environments, maintaining productivity and team cohesion.
  • Professionalism : Display a positive and professional demeanor when representing in public.
