In our one-on-one ABA setting, you will work hands-on with children (18 months to 8 years old) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. Your Role as a Behavior Therapist
- Implement one-on-one ABA therapy by following treatment plans and program descriptions, collecting data, writing insurance notes, and applying feedback from supervision during observation sessions.
- Support the development of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old) through engaging and enjoyable therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with a team to enhance treatment, safety, and a fun work environment throughout the center.
- Engage with children through play, movement, and imitation, which may include activities like dancing, singing, reading, or playing with toys.
- Communicate effectively and positively with stakeholders (e.g., peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and express personal needs.
Requirements for the Role
Physically able to engage with children in a fast-paced environment, which includes lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, squatting, and moving quickly to maintain safety and engagement.Maintain a therapeutic environment by ensuring play areas are tidy, organized, and conducive to a stimulating and positive experience.Multitask effectively, balancing various tasks, decisions, or conversations while prioritizing safety for everyone involved.Work cohesively with team members across centers and regions, which may involve travel to nearby locations.Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment, which includes a 40-hour training curriculum, hands-on competency assessment, registering for an exam, and passing the board's exam.

Associates / High School : $15.00 - $22.50Bachelors : $15.00 - $24.00Masters : $16.00 - $26.00Entry-level candidates will earn their first raise upon certification as RBT, typically within 21 days.
