CNC Machinist Job Duties and Requirements :

Set-up 3 & 5 Axis CNC Milling Machines

Perform CNC Program Operations, Including Feed / Speed Adjustments & Adding Passes When Necessary

Read, Interpret, & Apply Engineering Drawings, Blueprints, Charts, & Technical Tables

Verify Size & Dimensions of Machined Parts Using Precision Measuring Tools Such as Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, Height Gauges, Optical Comparators, & Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

Compute Dimensions & Tolerances, Measure, & Layout Workpieces

Maintain, Calibrate & Repair Measuring Instruments as Needed

Verify All Materials Meet Work Order Specifications & Record Measurements Per Written Instructions

Collaborate With Team to Improve Processes & Enhance Productivity

Operate a Variety of Machines Tools When Needed Such as Saws, Turning, Boring, Drilling & Precision Grinding

Maintain a Clean & Safe Work Area & Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines

CNC Machinist Job Requirements & Working Conditions :

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

2+ Years of CNC Machine Operator Experience Preferred

Superb Attention to Detail & Commitment to Produce High-Quality Work

Must be Able to Lift up to 50lbs & Work in a Heavy Industrial Machine Environment

Previous Experience Operating a Mazak & Doosan Machines Preferred

Must be Familiar With G-Code & Troubleshooting Skills

Must be Able to Resolve Production Issues in a Timely Manner
