A company is looking for an Applications Analyst II to optimize and support enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary application support resource for CRM, ERP, and PDM systems
Partner with business units to gather requirements and recommend technology solutions
Design and monitor system integrations using APIs and support automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required; permanent residents and visa holders cannot be considered
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2-3 years of experience in an Application Analyst or similar role
Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably Salesforce CRM
