Value Stream Manager

The Value Stream Manager (VSM) will manage Front Line Supervisors in the Manufacturing and Depot area. The VSM will have responsibility over multiple departments and product lines. This position is responsible for ensuring the Value Stream is adding value to the organization. This position will have reasonable empowerment to make needed and necessary changes to add value.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of the value stream, including production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery schedules, to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and eliminate non-value-adding activities, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction through lean principles or similar methodologies.
• Drive process enhancements by implementing changes, leveraging data, and adopting innovative practices to increase value delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute plans that align the value stream with organizational objectives.
• Ensure material availability, workforce capacity, and operational schedules are aligned to meet production or service goals.

Required Skills :

Education / Certifications : One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
