Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via emailEnter orders in system and communicate with production.Resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesyFollow up with customers on pending orders and missing informationCreate and distribute invoices for customer ordersEnsure accurate pricing and quantity data is maintained in the databasePreferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative :
Minimum three years of experience in customer service, experience in invoicing customers will be highly valuedTech-savvy, picks up new systems quicklyMicrosoft Word and Excel experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make phone calls with professionalism and courtesyAbility to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organizationExcellent attention to detailSalary : $35,360-$56,160
