Customer Service Representative

About the Company and Customer Service Representative :

  • The Customer Service Associate has room for growth into a sales role!

Overview of the Customer Service Representative role :

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
  • Enter orders in system and communicate with production.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy
  • Follow up with customers on pending orders and missing information
  • Create and distribute invoices for customer orders
  • Ensure accurate pricing and quantity data is maintained in the database

    • Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative :

  • Minimum three years of experience in customer service, experience in invoicing customers will be highly valued
  • Tech-savvy, picks up new systems quickly
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent attention to detail

    • Salary : $35,360-$56,160
