Location : Primary site in San Marcos, with occasional assignments in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo based on clinic needs

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours / week

Shift Availability : Must be available between 6 : 30 AM 10 : 30 PM, weekends required

Pay : $24 / hour with growth potential upon permanent conversion

Employment Type : Temporary-to-hire

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate records
• Answer multi-line phones and assist with inquiries
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols
