What You'll Do

• Manage straightforward procurement projects, contracts, and bids for goods and services.
• Prepare Requests for Quotes and Invitations for Bids, evaluate proposals, and participate in vendor selection.
• Negotiate and issue purchase orders and basic contracts, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand budgeting needs and provide accurate pricing estimates.
• Analyze purchasing history and expedite deliveries to keep projects on track.
