Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for a QA Monitoring & Testing Analyst to ensure compliance and operational excellence within the Quality Assurance and Compliance department.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular monitoring and testing of operational processes to ensure compliance with established standards

Compile and analyze findings from speech analytics and QA performance evaluations, developing detailed reports on outcomes and recommendations

Collaborate with operational teams to discuss results and develop remediation plans for identified gaps and risks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, Legal Studies, or a closely related field

2-3 years of relevant experience in monitoring & testing, quality assurance, compliance, or a related field

In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Proficiency in using speech analytics software, CRM systems, and other quality monitoring tools

Professional certification in quality assurance and / or compliance is desirable
