Job Responsibilities:
·Reconcile bank accounts across multiple entities and research discrepancies
·Generate and review job cost reports to support reconciliations and labor reclassifications
·Post recurring journal entries, including intercompany transactions and depreciation
·Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting balance sheet schedules for multiple locations
·Adjust inventory based on physical counts and ensure accurate balances
·File sales and payroll tax returns, including quarterly filings and annual wage forms
·Maintain borrowing base schedules and support lender reporting requirements
·Monitor Work-In-Progress balances to ensure accurate financial reporting
·Process payroll bank uploads, approve ACH transactions, and maintain retirement plan records
·Complete year-end close procedures and assist with audit support
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
·Experience within the construction industry – ideally with a sub-contractor or general contractor
·Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Preferred:
·Experience with Dynamics GP
