Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant Drops : : AccountDrop, you will support the Director and Assistant Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the center while providing professional administrative support.
Responsibilities
Assist with ensuring the health & safety of all children and staff.Perform administrative duties, including enrollment and tours; maintain staff and child files, answering phones, responding to emails, and other administrative responsibilitiesManage and maintain a neat / organized workspaceProvide assistance to prospective and enrolled familiesMaintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy complianceFacilitates and maintains childcare licensing standardsProvide support where needed throughout the centerQualifications
High school diplomaMinimum of (years) experience working in a licensed childcare facilityMinimum of (years) in an administrative roleOrganized and detail-orientedEnergetic and FlexibleShows initiative; strong work ethicStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentCPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)Must pass a criminal background checkCompensation : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
