Family Practice - Without OB Physician

A Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician is sought to join an established practice located in Plainfield, IN. This is a busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
Weekday call is rotated among the physicians : 1 : 7
Weekend Call : 1 : 14
Average outpatient volume : 20 - 25 patients per day
No inpatient work or OB
Onsite lab, imaging, and Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy in the same complex
