Registered Nurses Float Pool are responsible for providing continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. The Float Pool RN is part of a resource team that is assigned to varying units during their shift to ensure that patient care needs are met. These RNs possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in several different clinical areas. This group shall be known as the Float Pool. These employees are a part of Patient Care Services. There are three RN teams in the float Pool, RN Team 1, Specialty Track / CCU, RN Team 2, Inpatient Acute, and RN Team 3, Women's Services. What We're Looking For :

• Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required. BSN, preferred. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Experience :

Team 1 (Specialty / CCU) : Min 2 yrs in critical care or ED setting. Team 2 (Inpatient Acute) - Min 1 yr general Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience, required.

Current compact RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
