BASIS is seeking a Marketing Content Copywriter at our Central Office in Scottsdale! The role is part of the Marketing team, focusing on developing and executing high-impact content across web, social, email, and print to drive enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy development across multiple channels (web, social, email, ads, print, blogs).
• Conduct audience, competitor, and keyword research to inform content priorities.
• Maintain the master content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Write, edit, and oversee production of marketing copy (web copy, blogs, ad copy, newsletters, social posts).
• Optimize content for SEO, analyze performance data, and use AI tools for research and headline creation.
• Ensure brand style guide compliance and act as final editorial authority.
• Partner with digital marketing and design teams to launch integrated campaigns mapping content to the customer journey.
• Analyze content analytics, monitor traffic, engagement, conversion, and identify gaps for optimization.
• Lead A/B testing to refine messaging across platforms.

Position Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure multi‑channel content strategies.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO tools, content analytics, and use of AI in content workflow.
