• Additional Info : As an expansion of Summit Health's Primary Care Team, we are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to care for our growing population. This position will host a panel and will work with a collegial group of physicians at our Old Mill Clinic. Responsibilities : - Establishing Care for new or return patients- Seeing Same-day patients- Patient education- Assisting with In-Basket Messages- Being a key member of our team delivering quality care in our open access modelQualifications : - Minimum of 1 year experience required-OR state PA license

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
