Pennsylvania Licensed Epic HB Analyst

A company is looking for an Epic Resolute HB Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze processes to understand operations and workflows of end users

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain interface solutions to improve processes and promote patient safety

Troubleshoot integration / mapping issues and provide on-call support as needed

Required Qualifications

Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification is required; additional Dorothy / Home Health certification is a plus

Epic analyst Resolute HB build experience is required

Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot technologies

Proven critical thinking skills and follow-through
