We have several clinics, along with brand new locations, available to qualified physicians at the following locations

Metro Atlanta Cities : Atlanta, Acworth, Austell, Cartersville, Commerce, Covington, Ellenwood, Fayetteville, Grayson, Homer, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Marietta, McDonough, Union city, Monroe, Newton, Newnan, Peachtree City, Roswell, Social Circle & Suwanee.

Requirements :

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • BC / BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
  • Ability to provide primary care services to all ages appropriate to specialty
