Job Overview – Healthcare Program Director :

Compensation : $90,000 – $105,000 / year

Location : Houston, TX

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Healthcare Program Director in Houston, TX for our client, a key leadership role overseeing daily operations, clinical coordination, and staff management within a specialized wound care program. This full-time position blends healthcare administration, multidisciplinary collaboration, and team leadership to drive high-quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities as the Healthcare Program Director :

• Clinical & Operational Leadership :  Oversee daily wound care operations, maintain compliance, uphold hospital partner reporting, and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Team Management & Development : Supervise clinic staff through scheduling, training, performance management, and behavioral coaching while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
• Program Oversight & Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot operational challenges between centers, physicians, and hospital partners, ensuring smooth workflows and timely problem resolution.
• Performance & Patient Experience :  Collaborate with the Medical Director on performance improvement, enhance patient experience and quality, and ensure adherence to documentation and performance standards.
• Financial & Strategic Management : Prepare and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, optimize program utilization, and support strategic growth and continuous improvement across assigned sites.
