In this high-visibility leadership role, you'll directly support several Assisted Living communities across the region, oversee our talented interim nurse team, and lead our dedicated after-hours clinical program serving Assisted Living and Comprehensive Home Care sites. You'll also become our resident expert in Cassia's scheduling platform, helping teams work smarter, not harder.

Position Type : Full-Time, benefits eligible position Wage Range : $118,000 - $122,000 Annually depending on experience Location : 7171 Ohms Lane, Edina, MN, 55439 (Additional travel to Assisted Living Sites as well)

Regional Director Of Clinical Services & After-Hours Responsibilities :

Champion Clinical Excellence

• Partner with each site's Director of Health Services to ensure strong survey results and outstanding quality outcomes.
• Be present during state / federal surveys and health department visits your expertise will guide teams through the process.
• Conduct focused community visits, reviewing compliance, policies, documentation, and clinical indicators.
• Build trust as a calm, reassuring presence who lifts up staff, residents, and families.
