A company is looking for a Lead Pega Decisioning Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to increase business value
Manage the full life cycle software development process and ensure compliance standards are met
Provide coaching and mentoring to the Pega Program team and collaborate with multiple teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega's Customer Decision Hub
8+ years of experience in programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
BA / BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Certification as a Certified Senior System Architect is required; LSA Certification preferred
Certification as a Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant is required
