A company is looking for a Product Support Rep II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for application issues to internal and external users
Collaborate with support colleagues and internal teams to enhance customer service
Act as a customer advocate, managing high-priority issues and capturing feedback for improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of experience in software support or a related position
Industry knowledge of medical billing, specifically Ambulance billing and EDI X12 ANSI 5010 transaction sets
Basic logic and coding experience, with familiarity in Visual Studio
Strong internal motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team
