Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated .Net Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, as we strive to build robust solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, jQuery, AJAX, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop API's using .Net 6+ and .Net Framework 4.8.
• Implement user interfaces and enhance user experience through responsive design and robust front-end development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and applications.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.

Primary Skills & Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3 +years of experience as a .Net Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, JQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Must have experience with .Net 6+, .Net Framework 4.8, and MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with .Net APIs and Web Forms (nice to have).
• Experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance applications and processes preferred.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Knowledge of database design and management, including experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., NUnit, Moq).
• Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
