A company is looking for a Business Recruiter - GTM (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
Sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline
Interview candidates, update them throughout the process, and negotiate compensation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience (e.g. Sales, Marketing)
Previous startup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
Track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month)
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
